Mohan Bhagwat is a name which belongs to RSS ( Rastriya
Swayamsevak Sangh ), the non-governmental organization, the world's
largest such, and claims a commitment of selfless service to India. Mohan Bhagvat
is the head of RSS, which is known as the mother organization of BJP (current
time ruling party in India). Most of the party members came from RSS in the

Amit Shah is the head of BJP (Bhartiya Janta Party), which

Prime Minister Modi and also called his right hand since Modi was the chief
minister of Gujrat. His party is also claims the world largest party in the

4.SONIA GANDHI
Sonia Gandhi is the chairperson of the second largest party
(Indian National Congress) in India and yes the main opposition party. She
comes from the most powerful family, the Gandhi family of India. Gandhi family
has a great history in Indian politics and in the movement of Indian freedom.
Her family gave three Prime ministers to India since Indian Independence and
his party ruled over India almost 60 years. In 2013, Sonia Gandhi was overall
ranked 21st and 3rd most powerful woman in Forbes powerful list. Before

Forbes magazine and

5.PRANAV MUKHERJEE
Pranav Mukherjee is the President of India. President of
India is the supreme post in the country which makes him one of the most
powerful Indian. Before becoming president of India he held different most
reputed position in Indian government and was a prominent leader from Indian
National Congress. Mukherjee was appointed the External Affairs Minister of
India in 1995. Under his leadership, India was made "Full Dialogue
Partner" of ASEAN as part of the Look East foreign policy initiated
by Narasimha Rao. Mukherjee is "very well respected within the party social
circles.” Media accounts describe him as having "a reputation as a
number-crunching politician with a phenomenal memory and an unerring survival
instinct.
6.RAJNATH SINGH
Rajnath Singh is the Union Home Minister or minister of
internal affairs in the current NDA led government in India. This post is known
as the most powerful post in Indian government. He has a lot of experience in
Indian politics and Home ministry because of his one another previous term as
home minister in Indian government at the time of Atal Bihari Vajpaye. He also
served his service to the post of BJP chief twice and as the chief minister of
the giant Indian state Uttar Pradesh.
7.SUSHMA SWARAJ
Sushma Swaraj is a politition, current foreign minister or
Minister of External Affairs of india. She belongs to BJP (Bhartiya Janta
Party), and a senior member of the party. She was also the Chief Minister of
Delhi in 1998. She is the 2nd woman who became Minister of External Affair,
Indira Gandhi was the first woman who became the Minister of External Affair.
At the age of 25 she became the cabinet minister in Haryana state. She is also a former lawyer, yes! she started

8.ARUN JAITELY
Arun Jaitley is the current Finance Minister of India. He is
also a senior lawyer in Delhi High Court. He belongs to Bhartiya Janta Party
(BJP). He is executive of BJP since 1991. Jaitley previously held the cabinet
portfolios of Commerce and Industry and Law and Justice in
the Vajpayee government (1998–2004) and briefly served as the Minister
of Defence in the Narendra Modi government. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has
been chosen as 'Finance Minister of the Year, Asia' by London-based
publication Emerging Markets. He was a ABVP Leader student in his college life.
As the finance minister of India and because of his strong personality he is
one of the powerful people in India.
9.ARVIND KEJRIWAL
Yes Arvind Kejriwal, he is the Chief Minister of Delhi, the
capital of India. He is from the AAP (Aam Admi Party) and also the chief of the
party. He is the main founder of this new political party. Kejriwal led AAP to
win 67 of the 70 constituencies in the 2015 Delhi Assembly elections, leaving
the BJP with three seats and the INC with none. Kejriwal was awarded the Ramon
Magsaysay Award for Emergent Leadership recognising his involvement in the
grassroots movement Parivartan using right to information
legislation in a campaign against corruption. He brought so

10.MUKESH AMBANI
Mukesh Ambani is the only nonpolitical person in this list
and is a most richest person in India. He resides at the Antilia Building,
one of the world's most expensive private residences. Its value is close to 1
billion dollars. He has served on the board of directors of Bank of America
Corporation and the international advisory board of the Council on
Foreign Relations. He was the chairman of the board of Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore, which is one of the leading business schools in India. India’s
Richest Person, Second Richest person in Asia and 22nd richest person in the
world which makes him really important, and as you know that economy is one of
the important factor for every Country which makes him so important for India
and he also have huge influence in Financial matters of India. In 2014, he was
ranked 36 on the Forbes list of the world's most powerful people. We
can’t ignore his presence in the list of top 10 most powerful Indians.
